ANTIQUE PAIR OF CHINESE CLOISONNÉ TABLES
Cloisonné, derived from the French word “enclosed” is an ancient technique of decorating metalwork objects. This technique is done by soldering silver or gold wires in thin strips placed on edge making small compartments. The compartments are then filled with enamel that can be of any colour. The rare tables have a spectacular presence due to their grand size and intricate work. We suggest placing these in any interior to add historical value and sophistication. They are in perfect condition. Sold as a pair.
Matching Cloissonné Cranes sold separately.
