RETURN POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Returns will not be accepted until further notice for hygienic purposes.

Returns

All product from Furniture & Fragrance lines, including candles, are final sale and cannot be returned.  

Any returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. All refunds are issued as a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped back at the expense of the buyer, in the original packaging the item was sent in. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not returned in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted. Any item that is returned without authorization after more than 48 hours will not be accepted. 

Shipping 
To return your product, ship your product to: 609 Mt Pleasant Road, Toronto ON M4S 2M5, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your credit. 

A trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is required for all packages. Maison Nurita will not be responsible for any damages or loss incurred by the shipping company and reserves the right to refuse issuing a credit.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.  If you are approved, then your credit will be issued. On inspection, if we observe there is damage that has not been reported, we reserve the right to reject the return and the buyer is obligated to collect the item from Maison Nurita boutique.
